Letters of Invitation
An official Letter of Invitation can be sent upon request to help you raise funds or obtain a visa. The letter does not imply a commitment from the Symposium organizers to provide any financial support and it will be issued only after full payment has been received. The Symposium takes place at the Hyatt Regency Calgary, a contemporary-styled hotel near vibrant Stephen Avenue within steps from everything exciting in the area. A block of rooms has been reserved at the discount rate of $220 per night (plus tax).
