Animals are at the heart of the Calgary Stampede and their care is a top priority for the organization. Grounded in over a century of tradition in agriculture, the Calgary Stampede is passionate and vigilant about animal care. During the annual Stampede, more than 7,500 animals take part in various exhibitions, educational programs and competitions. Join us for a fun afternoon tour of the Agrium Western Event Centre and Calgary Stampede Rodeo grounds to learn first-hand about the safety measures and animal care policies that are in place at the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth!
