108 – Personality and Communication Style Discovery
Thursday, June 8
9:00am – 11:30
Identify your basic personal style: an individual’s natural preference towards time, people, tasks and situations. Gain self-understanding and self-acceptance of one’s own personal style strengths and challenges and learn how to appreciate, accept and interact more effectively with different styles.
Recognize the consequences and effects of your interpersonal style and how this influences the way you relate to others. Develop a plan to increase your style-flexibility and effectiveness in relation to tasks and in your interactions with others.
Participants will complete a Personal Style Indicator (PSI) which is a scientifically developed, self-administered, and self-scored learning and communication instrument based on four dimensions. Each participant will be provided with a 20 page PSI booklet that includes the self-assessment questionnaire and the interpretation of results.
