Welcome to the new website for Canadian Association for Laboratory Animal Science (CALAS). With a new look and enhanced functionality, this site has been designed as a one-stop resource for key information about the laboratory animal sciences community in Canada and the humane use and care of laboratory animals.

The goal of the CALAS Awards Program is to reward excellence and achievement of our members at various stages of their career.  To be eligible, candidates must be members in good standing and meet the specific criteria of the particular award.   All awards are presented at the Annual Symposium in April.
